A new concept spray machine has been developed and added to the department of P.U. elastomer spray coatings, increasing the production capacity by three times with high technological features to enhance the quality of the P.U. coated products.
Several new elastomer flange protectors and special elastomer umbilical hose retainers, have been successfully delivered to serve in several projects. O.S. & D. rubber hoses, as well as buoys, fenders, ‘Y’ pieces, reducers, etc. etc., are continuously P.U. elastomer coated utilising this new outstanding machinery equipment.
Recently we have equipped the elastomer division with a new chamber/tunnel of spraying to protect the surrounding areas and enable the operators to work with additional comfort and benefits.
