The rotomoulded shells manufactured by Floatex can be supplied empty for surface use operations but most of the time need to be filled with expanded polyurethane or syntactic foam to ensure the floats/buoys to withstand the hydrostatic pressure at the water depth requested by the clients.
To fill the products Floatex is equipped with two high pressure, solvent free, filling machines.
The machines have 250 programs of filling and controlled temperature tanks in order to ensure a controlled and correct filling with the always higher possibilities and variants of production.
The machines have an estimated capacity of 4 Kg/second.
